We are currently representing a leading, international financial services company who provide a range of services to Private Equity, Real Estate Fund Managers and Entrepeneurs worldwide.

They are currently looking for several Part Qualified Real Estate Accountants due to expansion to come on board. The requirements for this role are: You need to part qualified (Qualified by experience will be considered) individual from an Accountancy Practice background to fill this position. However if you have Real estate or Private Equity experience this would be an advantage.

Your duties will include, however will not be limited to the following:

• Preparation of financial statements
• Prepare and conduct all administrative tasks their clients may require
• Fund drawdowns and distributions
• Take ownership and respond to Client/Investors queries
