We are looking to add a new member to our growing team, within this position you will be fully trained to recruitment / candidate manage covering the financial services market.
The applicant must be confident when speaking to people, but professional in their approach. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to join a company to develop their career and become part of a successful team.
This role is fully candidate focussed and you will be responsible for sourcing candidates for a variety of different roles within the financial services market. The successful candidate will be supported and will learn a great deal from their line manager.
Duties will include:
Searching for candidates that match a clients requirements, by using our inhouse database and online job boards
Telephone interviewing candidates for roles to help gauge their suitability and interest in the position
Writing engaging job adverts for available positions and managing all responses.
Ensuring all CV's are prepared for the managing Consultant and Client
Arranging and confirming interviews ensuring detailed feedback is obtained from the candidate and client following the interview.
Database management and data input
Skills and Experience Required:
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
A passion for recruitment and providing excellent service
Good team player, who can demonstrate flexibility and adaptability whilst maintaining accuracy
Excellent data skills with an eye for detail
Time and diary management
