Asbestos Analyst - P403/P404
Essex, London & the South East
Qualifications & Experience:
The applicant must hold the P403/P404 certificates and have prior experience working within this role (air monitoring and within the asbestos sector).
Carrying out background, leak, reassurance, 4 stage clearances, re-occupation, visual and personal air testing.
Producing comprehensive reports as and when required.
Monitoring contractors on site that are carrying out removal work, ensuring that they that comply with the Health & Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.
Developing and maintaining good relationship with clients.
The successful candidate will be focused, flexible, competent, and have good work ethic and at the same time the ability to work on own initiative and carry out the work effectively and within time scale.
Good knowledge and good practice of Health & Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.
