The candidate MUST have Commercial and Retail Surveying experience.
My client are looking for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to carry out surveying & inspection work as instructed by authorised members of staff.
The successful candidate shall be expected to support the company through advice & feedback on the survey processes with contribution to management and team meetings as required.
To undertake inspections, both Management and Refurbishment/Demolition Surveys
Re-inspection for the purposes of asbestos management when needed
Carry out ad-hoc bulk sampling works.
To ensure that inspection works are carried out in accordance with documented procedures and comply with the quality system.
To ensure cleanliness of equipment and working environment where possible.
To record all inspection data and produce associated site reports that will be subject to audit and authorisation.
Liaise with the client during the asbestos survey and (where required) the report writing process.
Identifying new work opportunities through existing or new clients
Please note this role is based in the Essex area but we do have nationwide vacancies.
